How do I contact you?

What do your services generally entail?
All of our services are tailored to each individual student and their application. We offer multiple different packages and services to allow students to mix and match and find the best combination of services to fit their needs. How are essays reviewed?
We work with you one-on-one over video conferencing to go over your essay in depth as well as helping you brainstorm essay topics. 
Can you write my essay for me?
No. We do not write essays for our Clients as it violates our Terms and Conditions Policy. We will, however, provide thorough advice and editing for essays that are already written.
How do I pay for your services?
Once you determine which packages and services work best for you with help from one of our consultants, IvyBloom will send you a PayPal invoice to process the transactions!
What if I am not satisfied with the service provided?
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a new Consultant if there is a compelling reason. If not, IvyBloom Advising offers a 2-week refund policy from the date of purchase. If the Client requests a refund within 14 days, the Client will receive a full refund for all the services purchased but not redeemed. Please see section 10 “Termination and Refunds” on the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Do you provide financial aid if I can’t afford your services?
IvyBloom Advising does not wish for the ability to pay to ever be the reason why anyone does not receive high-quality consulting and advising services. Therefore, we offer pro-bono consulting for applicants whose financial status precludes them from paying the full price. Please contact ivybloomadvising@gmail.com with your request. 
What about cookies?
Cookies are small files that help us remember you. At IvyBloom Advising, we hold your privacy with the utmost importance, but we want to have the information we need to make our website run more smoothly for you. If you choose to keep your cookies on, that information will be used in Google Analytics to enable us to improve our website. However, you always have the option to turn this feature off in the “Cookie Settings” menu.
